Thoroughly enjoyed the bus ride. Our only problem was the reservations. I called in the Saturday before our Wednesday trip and confirmed all of our San Diego excursions, and my wife heard me doing so. Perhaps I didnt connect to the right person, but I know I talked to someone, the first operator without scrolling back to operations, and she confirmed our trip and told us the bus would pick us up outside the Hard Rock at 7 a.m., so be there five minutes early. She did not give or offer a confirmation number, which I now know to ask for in the future, so no harm, no foul. My only suggest for other such circumstances would be to simply say, "OK, sorry, somehow there must have been a snafu" and then gone into how to make it right instead of insisting that I must be wrong since I wasnt offered a confirmation number in addition to the one I already had on my printout. Oh, and we ordered the front of the line passes that were listed on our printout as an option, and we had to convince the driver that it was listed on the sheet as an option because it was an option we had purchased. It merely caused a delay of about 20 minutes or so as the tickets were brought to the bus.
But those are just minor blips and we have no bad feelings about it. We would highly recommend the bus to anyone going to San Diego, and hopefully we will attend another conference in San Diego so next time we can go to Disneyland.
Thanks for all,
Kim

The bus driver was a 1/2 hour late and had to make several more stops before getting under way. It was worth the 7 hours of fun at Universal Studios. He was very friendly and a nice person, especially under a lot of stress from the lady up front who was mean to him the whole time.

Bus driver came on time to pick us up. The travel on bus took so long due to traffic and drop people off in Disneyland. However, bus driver spoke by microphone about L.A city and tried to keep us entertained. He is very friendly and speaks Spanish (Latino).
