Was picked up in front of my hotel and returned after our day at the zoo. No worries over rental cars or directions. Our driver was informative and funny and made the ride very enjoyable. Would certainly do it again and would recommend them highly.

Our trip to San Diego was for a limited time and this Grand Tour of San Diego gave us a very thorough and enjoyable overview of the greater San Diego area. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and this enhanced the tour greatly. The price was more than reasonable for this particular tour as it was an all-day long trip that included a tour of the San Diego Harbor and of Tijuana, Mexico as well. A real value for the price to say the least. I highly recommend it and would not hesitate taking part in this tour again.

The bus was exactly on time as we were told.
The driver was very courteous.
At the rendezvous point our driver made sure we were transferred to the correct bus.
Having the Zoo tickets and transportation all in one saved us from having to wait in line at the Zoo.
We had a great time and look forward to future trips.

The San Diego Zoo is a wonder to behold. Wear your most comfortable shoes and be prepared to do a lot of walking because this is one gigantic park!

We had a great day at the zoo but would have preferred longer. The bus came back at 4:00 and we would have preferred to stay until at least 5:00.

We were picked up from our hotel and delivered to the San Diego Zoo on time. We were given tickets good for all tours and sky rides all day, then we were picked up on time and delivered back to our hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the day at the Zoo.

I reserved the day at the zoo online because we arrived late the day before and did not want to waste time trying to decide what to do. The bus drivers were wonderful and right on time. We have friends going to San Diego next month and will recommend you.
